Dining

The GHIS dining program prides itself on diverse and healthy food.

The mission is to provide whole food that promotes the health of our students, community and planet.

Based on a Mediterranean diet, GHIS dining services offer three meals per day – breakfast, lunch and dinner in our dining hall, along with snacks during the day.  We provide options for vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free, as well as special accommodations for food allergies.
