The GHIS dining program prides itself on chef-driven, diverse, and healthful food.
Its mission is to provide farm-to-table real food that promotes the health of our students, community, and planet.
Based on a Mediterranean diet, GHIS dining services offer 3 meals – breakfast, lunch and
dinner in our all you care to eat dining hall, along with snacks, day and night. Students learning together

One thing we can promise is you’ll find a lot of options. From meat, fish, vegetarian, vegan and more food options.
We want to make sure that everyone has the opportunity to dine in a safe environment on campus. If you have a food allergy, or dietary concern that requires accommodations, please reach out to our Office of Disability Resources.
Nutrition and Wellness
GHIS Dining Services offers nutritional information, wellness tips, and suggestions for “brain foods”. We also have a campus nutritionist.
